We have had four pictures framed by Decor Frame and could not be more pleased. We stopped the shop on a friends recommendation. We spent quite some time looking through various frames and FaRa was patient and very accomodating. The turn around was very reasonable and the price is competative (framing is not cheap to begin with). Overall very happy with the customer service and the quality. Easy to deal with and he always emailed us when items were ready for pickup.

I have been going back to FaRa and the Decor Frame team for years now. Each and every time I get outstanding service. They were very helpful in suggesting options for framing the canvas print we brought in. There was a wide selection to choose from and reasonably priced. We are very happy with the service and will definitely come back.

I came in the store to get information and a quote on framing.Within 3 mins the owner says I have to do my homework with what kind of frame style I want and he doesn't have time to show me his frame styles.Doesn't make sense. I thought going to the store that has all the frame styles IS doing your homework.I guess he didn't want my business.

It was a wonderful experience. The owner was professional with high level of attention to detail and expert knowledge in framing photos. He offered suggestions, alternatives meanwhile respecting one’s preventive, style choices and making your own custom framing. I only have amazing things to say about FaRa and Decor Frame! He got my order done so quickly (in 2 days) and did an amazing job helping me choose what frame and matting to go with. He also installed wire in the back so that it could be hung easily, and made the backing removable. The price was extremely fair for the high end quality. The end result is absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend this place enough! Please visit FaRa for all your framing needs.
